Ken has 50 years insurance industry and reinsurance experience in Australia and overseas and has held senior management roles in both Underwriting and Claims. He is a Fellow of the ANZIIF and has a Diploma of Financial Services. He is also a pioneer in the professional insurance education arena, and is a former chief examiner for the Insurance Institute. He has been principal officer for JUA for the past 25 years. His knowledge and reputation in the London market have been invaluable in arranging placement of difficult or hard-to-place risks.

Bob has over 10 years experience in the general insurance sector, encompassing a variety of senior finance roles with AAMI Insurance. Bob is a qualified certified practicing accountant, holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics (Accounting Major) and is a member of the Financial Services Accountant's Association. Bob joined JUA in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for JUA's accounting, information technology and compliance functions. In mid 2007 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer.

Des has 35 years experience in Senior Management roles both in broking and underwriting. He managed the Victorian operations of JUA on secondment from Jardines for 5 years in 1990. He has a Diploma of Financial Services.
