Ken has 50 years insurance industry and reinsurance experience in Australia and overseas and has held senior management roles in both Underwriting and Claims. He is a Fellow of the ANZIIF and has a Diploma of Financial Services. He is also a pioneer in the professional insurance education arena, and is a former chief examiner for the Insurance Institute. He has been principal officer for JUA for the past 30 years. His knowledge and reputation in the London market have been invaluable in arranging placement of difficult or hard-to-place risks.

Bob has over 10 years experience in the general insurance sector, encompassing a variety of senior finance roles with AAMI Insurance. Bob is a qualified certified practicing accountant, holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics (Accounting Major) and is a member of the Financial Services Accountant's Association. Bob joined JUA in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for JUA's accounting, information technology and compliance functions. In mid 2007 he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer.

Des has 35 years experience in Senior Management roles both in broking and underwriting. He managed the Victorian operations of JUA on secondment from Jardines for 5 years in 1990. He has a Diploma of Financial Services.

Barry has over 12 years experience in Heavy Motor in both the Transport and Insurance Sectors of the industry. He has specialised knowledge and training in the area of heavy motor vehicle accidents and is a recognised expert in this field. He has been involved in the Truckingsolutions product since its inception and has been instrumental in its growth and development of the business.

Roy has 40 years insurance industry experience both in Australia and overseas and he has held many senior underwriting and management roles. He is an Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute as well as the Australian Institute of Management. Roy has vast experience specifically in the areas of budgeting, planning and has a keen interest in mentoring. His reputation and success in the industry are much admired.

Michael has 5 years experience in the general insurance sector. Michael holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Economics Major) and a Masters Degree in Accounting. He is also a member of CPA Australia and the Financial Services Accountant’s Association. Michael joined JUA in 2006 as a Financial Accountant; in mid 2009 he was appointed as the Financial Controller and in 2010. Michael was appointed as the Company Secretary.
